Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. No charges are made at the time of booking. However, fees may apply for late cancellations, late rescheduling, or no-shows in accordance with the policies below.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and prepare for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure we remain on schedule for the next client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee.
Late Arrival Policy
- Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
No-Show Policy
- A no-show (missed appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.
Courtesy Consideration
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you experience illness, an emergency, or an unavoidable conflict, please notify us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at our discretion.
Clients with repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may lose booking privileges.
Refund Policy
- All completed massage sessions are non-refundable.
- If you are not satisfied with your session, please notify us within the first 15 minutes. We will make every effort to adjust the treatment or change the therapist.
- Sessions that exceed 15 minutes are considered rendered in full and will be charged at the full session rate.
- All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
- Massage packages are non-refundable once any portion has been used.
- Unused packages may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Gift Certificate Policy
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift certificates may be used toward any massage service of equal value.
- If the service price exceeds the gift certificate value, the balance is payable at the time of service.
- Gift certificates must be presented at check-in to redeem.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates cannot be replaced.
- Gift certificates are valid until the expiration date stated.
- Standard booking, arrival, reschedule, cancellation, late and no-show policies apply.
- Gift certificates cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, or packages.
- Gift certificates are valid for the time purchased and cannot be redeemed for a shorter service.
- One gift certificate may be used per appointment unless approved in advance.
