Cancellation, Reschedule, Late, No-Show, Refund Policies



Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in. This helps us start your session on time and make the most of your full appointment.


A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. No charges are made at the time of booking; however, fees may apply according to the following policies.


Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

- Late Cancellation or Reschedule (within 24 hours of the appointment): 50% of the session fee

- No-Show (missed appointment without notice): 100% of the session fee

- Late Arrival: Sessions may be shortened to respect the next clients time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.


We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you experience illness, an emergency, or an unavoidable conflict, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at our discretion.


Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may lose booking privileges.


Refund Policy

- Every completed session is non-refundable.

- Packages are non-refundable once any portion has been used.

- Unused package may be refunded within 30 days
